Full-Time Driver Engagement with Driver Per Day
Exclusive Engagement Through DPD
Any user who wishes to employ or retain a driver introduced through the Driver Per Day ("DPD") platform on a full-time, permanent, or long-term basis must do so exclusively through DPD. Users are prohibited from bypassing DPD to directly engage drivers sourced from the platform without prior authorization from DPD.
No Liability for Independent Arrangements
In the event that a user independently contracts with a driver outside the DPD process, DPD shall bear no responsibility or liability for any disputes, damages, misconduct, losses, or issues arising between the user and the driver.
Conversion & Placement Fee
A conversion or placement fee may apply where a user intends to transition a driver obtained through the platform into a full-time or permanent role. Users are required to contact DPD directly to facilitate and formalize such arrangements.
How to Hire Full-Time
